33 Guests, One Braga Experience

Welcoming a group of 30 students and three teachers requires more than simply finding enough rooms. The accommodation needs to work for the group as a whole.

For this stay, Números e Reticências arranged accommodation in central Braga for all 33 guests, creating a practical base from which students and teachers could easily manage their daily programme while experiencing the city around them.

Being in the centre made a significant difference. Many everyday journeys could be made on foot, meeting points were easier to organise, and after the day's activities the group could explore Braga's historic streets, cafés, shops and public spaces without depending on transport.

For the teachers, having everyone accommodated together also made coordination easier. For the students, it offered something equally important: the opportunity to experience everyday life in Braga rather than simply visit it.

Behind a successful group stay are dozens of small details — room organisation, arrivals, communication and ongoing support. Our role is to make those details feel invisible to the guests.

Thirty-three people arrived as a group. During their stay, Braga became part of their shared experience.

The city became part of the experience.
